One should take walks after dinner more often.

The view of the setting sun before the leaves block it in late spring is beautiful. Like lake and sky is burning. (With matching porchlight on the neighbours house).

Sunset over the lake on the field. Last winter was a bit wet.

Today we made our usual round, walking down to the lake. Some of our neighbors have water in houses on their property, (guests house and the house at the pier).

The picnic table is close to where the shoreline used to be.

The high water level is also influencing the water on the field by our house even if we aren’t in any danger for now.

This is a natural catastrophe in slow motion.

Did I say “Don’t fall down stairs” already?
