Today I think I made the perfect Friday night dinner. You decide for yourself if you agree.<\/p>\n

Take one day of perfect Friday with beautiful snow and sunshine.<\/p>\n

Blend with a bicycle ride and a nice walk through the forest.<\/p>\n

\"Afternoon<\/a><\/p>\n

\"Blackebergsbacken<\/a><\/p>\n

Prepare a sourdough-sunflower-seed bread in time (in the morning) for part of it becoming the buns for the dinner.<\/p>\n

While the daughter is sleeping (after a short stay at the open preschool) start making the last preparations for the bread.<\/p>\n

\"Buns<\/a><\/p>\n

Take it easy for a little while.<\/p>\n

Make dinner; the task for today was; it should have bacon in it.<\/p>\n

Form burgers from minced meat.<\/p>\n

\"Burgers<\/a><\/p>\n

Bake the buns.<\/p>\n

\"Buns<\/a><\/p>\n

Put french-fries in the oven.<\/p>\n

Fry burgers.<\/p>\n

Fry bacon.<\/p>\n

Have your wife come home.<\/p>\n

Take french-fries out of the oven.<\/p>\n

Prepare lettuce and other assembly details.<\/p>\n

Put the rest of the bread into the oven.<\/p>\n

Assemble the burgers.<\/p>\n

Serve with beer.<\/p>\n

Enjoy!<\/p>\n

Don\u2019t forget to take out the bread before it is black. (As a good dinner takes a while it might be in the middle of it).<\/p>\n

Now let the weekend begin!<\/p>\n
