So far so good!

So far sogood! That is how it feels now.

Ellinor keeps us awake during the nights, but not more than we can handle. Some nights I get plenty of sleep, others Susanna gets a bit more.

We are getting into a good trot. Even if there still are some things that have to become more regular. I don’t know how to get there. But with some trial and error we will get there.

She is not the big screamer. Sure, once every now and then she cries so that one wonder show she gets all the air into her lounges to make it that loud. Other times she has some kind of coughing cry. During the first days she had a strong vibrationon her lower lip, that is almost gone now. When she cries it almost sounds like she is saying “nej” the Swedish word for no.

I most like the moments when I can carry her around. That is the highlight of the day. When she looks up to me, it’s like nothing else matters any more. This is not something she does all the time, most of the time she is sleeping while being carried in the sling, but the moments are precious in a very special way. (And Susanna gets sleep, gets to eat or does anything else she can’t do with Ellinor on her lap).

Just two more pictures of her:

On the sheepskin
One very special expression on her face
